Refund policy

At MindLeaf Library, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a UK-based retailer, our policies are designed in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• In the original packaging.

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

• Downloadable software products or digital e-books (if the download has commenced).

• Personalized or made-to-order items.

• Perishable goods.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@mindleaflibrary.site. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items unless the product is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
